Based on a Terry Pratchett story, this bit of fluff has more promise than fulfillment. Although there are interesting characters and clever set ups, there is a strong tendency for the plot to take the path of getting the actors into silly costumes and musical pieces rather than telling a compelling story. Everyone is hamming it up, so it can be fun but also a bit tiresome. The show follows the local constabulary in a world where crime is legal.
